Payment:

Cannaone accepts online payments through KriiptoPay (Crypto payments) and through PayU with the following credit cards; Visa, Vsa/Dankort, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro, ApplePay.

We support the following countries:

AT, BE, BG, HR, CY, CZ, CH, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SI, ES, GB, IS, LI, NO.

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

All prices on the website include VAT.

Cannaone uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Delivery and Shipment:

The delivery time for your order is 2-4 working days.

Cannaone uses PostNord – Privat for shipment of your ordered items.

Freight is free if you buy for more than 50 EUR. 

You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop.

You will receive a Track and Trace-number upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you regret your purchase (Withdrawal):

Cannaone  offers a 14 days full refund on goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Please notice! The product can’t NOT BE OPEN OR USED. The seal must be unbrocken on the bottles!  This is According to Food regulation and hygiene rules.

The 14 day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

Any return costs you incur yourself.

The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the delivery, and be with us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.

If you wish to make use of your right to withdraw the purchase, you must send us an e-mail on: support@cannaone.fi. In your message, clearly make us aware, that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
